Sealing Method

Packing seal——Mainly through end face sealing, suitable for corrosive and toxic media.
Mechanical seal——Mainly using PTFE packing seal, with good sealing performance and corrosion resistance.

How to choose model?
How to choose a model with known flow range and medium?
For example, given a flow rate range of 60L/H, the viscosity of the medium is similar to that of water.
60L/H=1000CC/MIN The viscosity of the medium is similar to that of water according to 60-100R/MIN
Namely: displacement=1000/100=10cc/r to select the corresponding model
If the viscosity of the medium is high, similar to glue
The speed should be reduced according to the calculation of 20-30r/min
Namely: displacement=1000/20=50cc/r to select the corresponding model
